Being aware that I would be forever considered and treated in the United States of America as "just" an immigrant, I was prepared to take some abuse from the creeps always ready to take the indecent advantage of the newcomers, and of their supposed meager knowledge of the country and its culture.  I also knew about inhumanities that typically result from the extreme nationalism and patriotism common in all countries, and I was prepared to deal even with this phenomena.  So, to the certain extend, I was ready to take some abuse not just from the common crooks, but also from the zealots, and from the phony patriotic idiots that believe that being born inside of the country borders gave them more brain, and also some special human qualities and privileges. 
To my surprise, except of some greedy and typically primitive landlords, which routinely took advantage of me and ripped me off my deposits whenever they could, people in the United States were mostly very nice to me.  I have had my firsthand experience with the savage lesbian-feminism that spelled the social, economic, and cultural disaster in Communist countries, so I had truly appreciated that American women were not just feminine, but also pleasant and polite. 

But the situation become rapidly changing, especially during the Regan's second term when the hardcore lesbian-feminists, and all kind marginal elements became breaking through with their sick agenda.  I don't care even a little in which way they conduct their intimate life, but it irritates me when they promote their genetic deviancy as an alternative lifestyle and corrupt the other women by their sickening men-hating agenda. 
The American reality took turn from bad to worse during the Clintons era, and soon I became feeling that I went from the frying pan to the flames when I have immigrated from the lesbo-feminist-Communist Europe to the United States.  My initially very nice first ex-wife that came here with me gradually learned all what she missed there, and in 1990, after two years of dating and ten years of marriage I have lost her to the rising American lesbo-feminism. 

About a year before our divorce I have become seriously ill, and she conveniently followed the lesbo-feminist propaganda that encourages the good women to leave their husbands, or their boyfriends, high and dry when they feel that they slow them down in pursuing of their career.  I ran the small business at that time, and as nearly all small businessmen I couldn't afford the medical insurance.  Thanks to the awfully backward medical and social system, my American dream had quickly turned to the complete nightmare. 
Eventually, I was able to put myself together somehow, and seven years later I was stupid enough to marry again.  Trying to avoid the American cultural corruption, I have married the nice Latino women, which, considering the Latino culture, should be my devoted wife and lifetime partner.  And we had a happy marriage indeed, and everything looked like that my plans and expectation could get through.

Unfortunately, 11 1/2 years later, we made the crucial mistake and moved to the cheaply build condominium complex called SALISH VILLAGE that overlooks the Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland, Washington.  The surrounding area is nice, but the SALISH VILLAGE was run by the impotent Homeowners Association, and the couple of predatory creeps CRAIG DULIS and CARL MASON had unlimited power there (they said.  They milked the homeowners there like dairy caws, and used the SALISH VILLAGE as their hunting ground for women willing to satisfy their salacious desires.  View the Map for the exact location.

The first-named villain happened to be President for SALISH VILLAGE HOA, and just a month after we moved there he  wanted to get into my wife's panties.   He abused his professional position, and our status of first generation Americans and newcomers to SALISH VILLAGE, and became sexually harassing her.  Being really upset, we began contemplating the sexual harassment lawsuit against that creep, and our presumption that we would find a nice and quiet home in SALISH VILLAGE quickly got an ugly turn. 
The second villain - the maintenance manager for SALISH VILLAGE HOA strongly denounced his creepy boss, and while pretending to be a good friend of mine, he eventually got into her panties in the deceitfully sneaky way. 

Only later, it became irrefutable that his prime goal was to discredit her by some sort of affair in her intended sexual harassment lawsuit against his creepy boss and buddy DULIS.  There was a lot at stake for them, because they were routinely stealing from the SALISH VILLAGE homeowners, and conducted there shady business that, if prosecuted, would bring them both to jail. 
The things began snowballing when my wife became naive enough to take MASON's cheep seductive tricks seriously, and being besotted by his lies considered the hush money that he gave her, and his dubious services that he/they provided for her and her patents, as the expression of his love.  Being stultified by the display of his pre-calculated generosity, she hooked herself on him and we became divorcing.  This wasn't their plan, but she was a "hot potato" for them.  They were afraid that she may start talking if the deceiving sexual scavenger MASON would shake her off, so he became stuck with her.

Before we started divorcing, I have confronted them with their affair but they both vigorously denied that they would be anything but friends.  Unlike me, MASON's wife quickly cut through the crap, swiftly kicked his ass and left him in hurry.  Having nobody who would do the cooking and cleaning for him, and who would warm up his smelly bed, he eventually condescendingly adopted her as his mistress. 
It appears to me that they truly deserve each other after all, but the fact stays that those two predatory creeps CRAIG DULIS and CARL MASON grossly abused their professional position in SALISH VILLAGE, destroyed my marriage and screwed my quite naive wife.  Consequently, they also destroyed our lucrative business venture that we had on its way and inflicted enormous damages on both of us.  However, he is an accomplished street-smart crook that was able to deceive both of us, and she might not yet realize how much we lost due to her recklessness.  But  I am positive that she would get it later, after his deceptive "charisma" evaporates. 

She grew up in the poor Honduran village, so I made a great effort to help her to catch-up what she missed before.  I believe that knowledge is the key to success, and I wanted to make her independent in the case if something would happen to me.  So, I pulled her through the college, and throughout that time I was tutoring her, helping her with her homework and was driving her to and back from school.  I also taught her the computer science and was doing everything for her success. 
I was brought up as a Christian, so I was truly devoted to her.  She quickly become the center of my life, but until we became separated I had not actually realized how deeply she became embedded in my heart.  And, as it it wouldn't be bad enough that she let that deceptive sexual scavenger MASON to seduce her, she eventually even became a friend of her sexual harasser DULIS.  Then, being bribed, coerced, and coached by those two villains, she paid me back by backstabbing me. 

Because she now lives with her crooked lover less than 100 feet from my unit, they view me as the constant reminder on their creepiness.  Being not at all comfortable to have me around, and being even less comfortable with the fact that I have begun pursuing them for their numerous crimes that they perpetrated in SALISH VILLAGE, those two predatory creeps DULIS and MASON use all kind of dirty tricks to bring me down and to force me out of my home. 
When I have published my SALISH VILLAGE story on Internet, my greedy and profoundly dishonest landlord CHRIS OPPFELT became afraid that the publicity and my quest for justice would reduce his property value and joined the "club." 

I have 5-years lease to this place in SALISH VILLAGE, and before we moved in, I was sweating blood on the complete refurbishment of his rundown unit to make it habitable.  However, after I have just barely finished my free-of-charge work, this bloody creep OPPFELT tried to revoke my lease based on some devaluating technicalities, which he invented, and forced me to spend $375 on its professional evaluation.  
When he couldn't force me out, he began refusing to do his basic landlord duties, and engaged into the full blown illegal adverse activities called "constructive eviction."  When he couldn't break me up, he  became their enthusiastic hit-man and eventually attempted to kill me.  However, he is a sleek creep, and the expert on lies, twists and all kind of trickery, so he didn't try to gun me down but wanted to cause my untimely death in the snide way.  See the http://salishvillage.com for more information.

It seems to me that some Devil pulled this creep right from Hell to make the life on Earth miserable, but he told me that he is an Ukrainian descent.  However, I know Ukraine pretty well, and if he really came from there then he must be a one of the kind.  In addition to his above mentioned attributes, he is also arrogant, puffy, and extraordinary mean, and acts as he would be a Middle Ages lord and I was his subject.  He surely believes that as the aging first generation American I'm defenseless, so he willfully violates every law in the book. 
Because I remain undeterred, and am determined to fight him and those villains until they'll get what they deserve, he publicly slanders me that I am a crazy old man that couldn't swallow that my adulterous wife left me for better.  He even assaulted me during the "kangaroo court" hearing by claiming that I have mental problems, and calls to my quest for justice a vendetta and bullying. 

BECAUSE, IN ADDITION TO THE ENORMOUS EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL DAMAGES, THIS WICKED QUARTO ALSO INFLICTED THE SIZABLE MATERIAL DAMAGES ON ME, I PURSUE THE ADEQUATE RECOMPENSE FROM THE SALISH VILLAGE HOA THAT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DULIS' AND MASON's ACTIONS, AND FROM THE McCUE & ASSOCIATES AS WELL AS FROM LANDLORD-LORD OPPFELT.  I AM DETERMINED TO TAKE THEM TO THE COURT,  AND I'LL DO THAT AS SOON AS I WOULD FIND THE EFFECTIVE LAWYER. 

HOWEVER, I HAVE ALREADY BEEN ON THE "OTTER SIDE," AND THEY COUNT ON THAT I WOULD DIE BEFORE I WOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE THE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM.  I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG I WOULD BE AROUND, BUT I DEFINITELY WANT TO SEE THE JUSTICE BEING SERVED BEFORE I WOULD GO THERE PERMANENTLY.
