AT 13023 NE 32nd Pl., BELLEVUE, WASHINGTON WITH WHOM I HAVE SIGNED THE 5-YEARS LEASE ON HIS UNIT IN SALISH VILLAGE.
HE CYNICALLY ABUSES HIS POSITION OF A LANDLORD, ATTEMPTS TO UNDERMINE MY HEALTH, AND BY THE BREAK OF 2008 AND 2009 ALMOST
KILLED ME ON BEHALF OF HIS BUDDIES

In essence, DULIS sexually
harassed my wife and brutally assaulted both of us. Then, he wanted to prevent us to file the sexual harassment lawsuit
against him, and together with his buddy MASON bribed, brainwashed,
coerced, and eventually completely screwed my wife. There was a lot at stake for both of them, because they were routinely
engaging into the grossly unethical and even criminal activities in
SALISH VILLAGE.

When I have began pursuing them, the owner of the McCUE & ASSOCIATES NORMAN W. McCUE was afraid that my quest for justice could reveal their mismanagement of SALISH VILLAGE, and also the fact that his company was the accessory to their crimes. Therefore, he threatened me and wanted to intimidated me and coerce me to silence.
When it didn't work, the
McCUE & ASSOCIATES energized my landlord
OPPFELT, and he became allegedly afraid that my quest
for justice could jeopardize the property value of his unit in
SALISH VILLAGE. However, might be also
afraid of the due process, because he was doing some shady business with
DULIS and
MASON in the past. In either case, they
want to silent me for any price and OPPFELT became their
enthusiastic hit-man. THROUGHOUT THE TIME, He already inflicted enormous damages
on my health, as well as on my property, and even attempted to kill me.
He is well aware that I suffer by the severe asthma, and knows that I have a serious heart disease and that in 2007 I have
received the five stents into my heart. So, he purposely violates the housing laws, and the Americans with Disabilities
act, in order to create the situation that escalates my medical problems and ultimately would lead to my untimely death.

Landlord OPPFELT realized that as the aging first-generation American I am defenseless against his criminal attempts to harm me or to even cattily kill me. From November 2008, he is out to do me the maximum harm. Therefore, if any of the above described events should happen to me, them he is the one who is chiefly responsible for my trauma or for my death.
FOR THESE REASONS, THE LANDLORD
CHRIS OPPFELT SHOULD BE
THE PRIME SUSPECT, AND SHOULD BE CRIMINALLY PROSECUTED FOR THE MANSLAUGHTER, OR AT LEAST FOR THE RECKLESS ENLARGEMENT LEADING
TO MY TRAUMA OR DEATH.
HIS BUDDIES IN CRIME DULIS
AND MASON SHOULD
BE CRIMINALLY PROSECUTED AS THE INITIATORS AND ACCOMPLICES IN HIS HEINOUS ACTIONS.
THIS IS MY LAST WILL, AND MY LAST ATTEMPT TO GET JUSTICE AT LEAST IN MEMORIAM. THEREFORE, I URGE THE AUTHORITIES TO ACT BASED ON THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE ABOVE CITED WEBSITES AND BY THE CREDITABLE EYEWITNESSES.
